Two sisters of the Servants of the Plan of God made their perpetual profession
On September 20th, two sisters of the Servants of the
Plan of God - Sr. Fiorella Lobos and Sr. Silvia Pacheco made
their promise of committing to full apostolic availability for
the rest of their lives. The ceremony was celebrated by the Bishop
of Lurin, Msgr. Carlos Garcia Camader.
Anniversary celebration of the community
On Wednesday, August 15, the communities of the Servants of the Plan of God in various places in the world celebrated their ninth anniversary. In communion with all our sisters around the world and in the different continents where we are present: America, Asia, Africa and Europe we gave thanks to God for the gift of our vocation to dedicate our lives to the service of his divine Plan and for the mission to announce the Good News of our Lord Jesus Christ. In the respective places where the sisters are present thanksgiving masses were preside by bishops from their dioceses in: Philippines, Peru, Italy, Angola, Chile, Ecuador and Colombia. PHILIPPINES
Blessing of new Chapel and Faith Formation Center in the Philippines With great joy on the Vespers of the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, Most Rev. Julito B. Cortes, DD, Auxiliary Bishop of Cebu blessed the new chapel and Faith Formation Center of the Servants of the Plan of God in Cebu City.
This center will be used for the different programs of Formation in Faith that the sisters handles. It will be also the place for the initial formation of the Filipino candidates. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CHILE
Three Sister Servants of the Plan of God made their Perpetual Profession
Last June in Santiago de Chile, Sisters Monica (29), Maria Isabel (26) and Carmen (30) professed their promises of full availability in the Servants of the Plan of God. Through this act they made themselves fully available to the service of God and his mission for their entire life. More than 500 people attended the ceremony that was presided by Msgr. Ricardo Ezzati, Archbishop of Concepcion, Chile. Many members of the Servants, included Sister Carmen Cardenas, General Coordinator, as well as members of the Sodalit Spirituality, friends and relatives witnessed this free and total self-giving to God.
